Schooltool Portal

    Overview:

    The Gates Chili Central School District uses schooltool as their student management application that maintains student information. The Student and Parent Portal are a component of schooltool and is available to all families and students in grades 6-12. The portal allows for access to the following information:

    • Contact Information
    • Class schedule
    • Attendance record
    • Grades
    • Assignments

    The Student Portal is accessible from virtually any device that can access the Internet using a modern web browser. Please use the following information to access schooltool.

    Accessing schooltool:

    The Student and Parent Portals can be accessed from a variety of ways:

    1. The schooltool website located at https://schooltool.gateschili.org/schooltoolweb/
    2. The District website located under the Parents and Students tabs
    3. Downloading the schooltool mobile app from Google Play or the App Store

    Student Access:  

    • Username: computer login - first initial, middle initial, last name (example: jasmith)
    • Password: computer password 

    Parent Access:

    New users will need to complete and submit the Parent Portal Registration Form that is located below. The middle and high school main offices can accept your form along with photo ID. 

    • Username: email address
    • Password: password is sent via email when the account is created
