Dr. Christine Brown Richards
"Hello to my Gates Chili students, Families and community! Allow me to introduce myself! I am the proud mother of two GC graduates, and the proud aunt of two current students. I am a Rochester native, with extensive learning in the field of Education and a member of various professional organizations. Education is in my blood, and I am grateful to use my skills to work for our families of Gates Chili. I am excited to serve the community by putting our children and their education first! In my current tenure as a board member, we have accomplished great things for our students and families. We have made great strides with our equity and inclusion work; pushed our curriculum and instruction forward and continued to do what is best for all students and families while creating a welcoming environment! If given the opportunity to serve again, I will continue to do the work that sets Gates Chili apart and makes ensures our students receive all they deserve! I am still student centered, still family focused and still committed to the community!"
