    Requests

    During the ongoing closure the GCCSD Technology Team will continue to support students and staff with their technical issues. As a reminder, all staff and student support requests must be submitted via an IT Request. Please do not email requests.

    The IT Requests can easily be accessed by logging into ClassLink using the same username and password used to log onto your district devices. ClassLink is accessible under the Student tab on the GCCSD Homepage or directly from the link below:

    www.gateschili.org/ClassLink 

    After your successful login to ClassLink you will see an icon labelled IT Request (the icon is red with the words Tech Support and a life preserver).

  • Password Changes/Modifications

    The GCCSD Technology Team is aware certain staff and students were approaching their password resets. Changing passwords offsite is NOT recommended and could create access issues with you device and web based resources. To combat this potential issue, the GCCSD Technology Team has extended the password expiration dates. Due to this change you should restart your computer and log back into your web based resources.

    Many of our families have had the opportunity to take home a device for the first time. Please see the resources below, which may help as you familiarize yourselves with your device.
