Katie is currently serving her second three-year term as a member of the Gates Chili Board of Education. Katie currently serves on the District Improvement Team (DIT), the Ad Hoc Committee, and as the Board liaison to the Education Foundation.

Christine is an educator, counselor, mentor, facilitator, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and much more. She is a member of various professional organizations and has also been the recipient of various honors and awards. Dr. Richards is a Rochester native, a proud daughter, wife, mother of two GC graduates, sister and friend who has grown up with the philosophy “you’re never too old to learn.” She is excited to serve the Gates community by putting our children and their education first.

Katie Davis has been a member of the Gates Chili community for a total of 30 years. In the 11 years since her oldest daughter started kindergarten, she has been passionate about staying engaged in the district. Her involvement includes serving on the District Improvement Team and the Paul Road School and Family Association (PRSFA). Katie also participated in the district’s superintendent search and was a member of the planning committee that assisted with the hybrid return to school.
Michelle Jennings

Michelle Jennings serves as the Associate Director of Ambulatory Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Michelle's educational journey has successfully allowed her to acquire a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from SUNY Buffalo State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Medaille College. She serves on the Parent teacher association at Florence Brasser Elementary School as well as Gates Chili Jr. Spartan Basketball Team Mom.
Kerri Keyes

Kerri and her husband Phil are long time Gates residents and Kerri has lived in the district her entire life. Her two children attend Gates Chili and are 3rd generation in the district. She attended SUNY Brockport and Genesee Community College and currently works for Rochester Regional Health System, where she has been employed for the last 15 years.
Nicole Littlewood

Nicole Littlewood is the proud mother of two
boys and a 13-year resident of this amazing
school district. Both of her sons attend Paul
Road Elementary School, are very active and
involved, and love their school community.
Nicole has been an educator for 19 years and brings unique experience and perspective. As a longtime advocate for all learners, Nicole believes that every student deserves an equitable and inclusive education.
Robert Long

Rob was elected to the school board June 2020. Rob is a 1998 graduate of Gates Chili and serves on the Safety/Security Committee. He is employed by the Town of Gates Police Department holding the rank of Police Lieutenant. Robert is in charge of the day to day operations of the Gates Police road patrol division. Robert holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Gannon University.
Francis (Frank) Muscato

Mr. Muscato has 21 years experience as a school board member. He has been a Gates resident for over 45 years. He also serves on the Finance, Facility and Audit Committee, the Monroe County School Boards Association’s Legislative Committee. He is the district’s New York State School Boards Association legislative advocacy liaison.
Tanya Srbinovski

Tanya is a lifelong resident and 2003 graduate of Gates Chili and currently lives in the district with her husband and two children. She is involved with both the Walt Disney and Middle School PTOs and volunteers at district events and field trips. She is a first-generation Macedonian-American and has a B.A. in History from SUNY Brockport and is passionate about education and supporting all students and families in the community.
