    Health Office Summer Hours:

    The health office is staffed limited hours over the summer. At this time, we are not open to the public or "walk in" visits. The health office will be closed from Thursday June 25th through Friday July 3rd, re-opening on Monday July 6th.


    June 2020 Hours: Thursday 6/17- Wednesday 6/24: 7:30am-2:30pm

    July 2020 Hours: Monday 7/6 - Friday 7/31: 7:30am-2:30pm 

    *closed Tuesday 7/7/20

    August 2020 Hours: TBD

     The following information is intended to explain school health services and policies. Federal laws governing confidentiality have impacted the school's ability to gather necessary medical information directly from physician's offices. The easiest way to transfer information is through you. Paperwork can be faxed to to the above number at any time, including over the summer.

    ATTENTION: All 12th grade cohort students MUST receive AND provide a record of their Meningitis #2 vaccination, received after their 16th birthday. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from school, per NYS Education law.


    Please contact your child's physician to receive this vaccination and obtain a copy of their record. Documentation can be faxed to 340-5545.


    It is parent/guardian responsibility to ensure their child's immunizations stay compliant with NYS law.
