Public Health Law, Section 2164, requires all pupils to be immunized against the following diseases:

    • DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis and Tetanus) - 4-5 doses

    • DT or TD needs to be updated every 10 years

    • Polio - 3 doses

    • Mumps - 1 dose

    • Rubella - 1 dose

    • Measles - 2 doses

    • Hepatitis B - 3 doses

    • Pneumococcal - 1-4 doses

    • Varicella - 1-2 doses

    • Meningococcal Meningitis - 2 doses (2nd dose must be after age 16, and prior to entering 12th grade)

All students MUST remain compliant with required immunizations. It is parent/guardian responsibility to ensure their child receives immunizations, and provide the school with the correct documentation. This is NYS state law and cannot be altered by the school.

Questions regarding your child's personal immunization schedule and record should be directed towards their physician.

If a student becomes non-compliant in their immunizations, they will be referred to administration and not permitted to attend school. This includes both in-person AND remote learning.
