Mandated Health Screenings are performed per state requirements. 

Hearing, vision, and scoliosis screenings must be completed on or after July 1st of the current school year, for the mandated grades.

If any or all of these screenings are not performed by your child's private physician during an annual physical or if the physician's physical was done prior to July 1st, the health office will perform the screenings during the school day. 

High School Level State Screenings:
9th grade - Full physical + scoliosis screening for boys
11th grade - Full physical + far vision, near vision, hearing (at 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000. 8000 hz)
New registered students - Full physical + far vision, near vision, color vision, hearing
