In PE, we focus on the Components of Physical Fitness-
Cardiovascular Endurance- The ability for your heart and lungs to move oxygen to the muscles during activities such as running, walking, swimming, or biking.
Muscular Strength- The "power" that helps you lift and move heavy objects such as bench pressing as much weight as you can for 1 or 2 repetitions or carrying a heavy rock from one place to another.
Muscular Endurance- The ability to use your muscles for an extended period of time such as doing a bicep curl for 20-25 repetitions or doing as many curl ups for 1 minute.
Flexibility- The joints ability to move through a range of motion such as touching your toes or bringing one arm across the body.
