Emergency School Closing

In the case of an emergency school closing, you will receive a PSQ update as well as an automated phone call and/or text from the district. For this reason, it is imperative that the office have your most current contact information. Please check your parent portal and ParentSquare ensure contact information is accurate.

Occasionally, it may be necessary for school to close early. Families should arrange alternative care for children when no one is home during the day, preferably with someone on the child's regular bus route.

Families that send their children to GAP should communicate their emergency preferences to GAP at Gates Recreation (585) 247-6100 ext. 235
