Laptops and Technology

• Gates Chili provides laptop technology to every student. Only fifth-grade students take their laptops home daily. 

• All 1:1 devices are covered by the Laptop Protection Plan insurance with a deductible for accidental damages. 

• Schoology is the platform on which students will find information about student class schedules and lesson activities.

• Students are expected to demonstrate responsible usage by adhering to the Gates Chili School District Internet Usage Policy found in the Code of Conduct.
