• Volunteers

    The Gates Chili Volunteer Program is a critical form of support from our community. There are a variety of ways volunteers can help at Neil Armstrong, including but not limited to:

    • Chaperoning field trips

    • Reading with children

    • Working with small groups to help reinforce math or reading skills

    • Assisting in special rooms or team projects

    • Clerical assistance such as making bulletin boards and making copies

    • Membership of our Executive Board PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) 

    • Membership in our School Equity Team

    The process to apply to be a Gates Chili Central School District Volunteer is done electronically and can be competed at any time.
