Vendor information
Gates Chili Central School District requires all vendors to accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments. We are not accepting new vendors who do not offer ACH as a payment option.
Current vendors must also be set up for ACH in order to continue doing business with the district.

Vendor Direct Deposit Form
A vendor can use this form to have the payment of amounts owing by the Gates Chili Central School District deposited directly into a bank account.

Requests for proposals
Gates Chili Central School District periodically issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit competitive bids for goods and services in accordance with state and district purchasing policies. All RFPs will be posted here as they become available, along with instructions for submission and deadlines.

Notice is hereby given that the Gates Chili Central School District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms to perform a Building Condition Survey (BCS) and prepare the required Five-Year Facilities Plan in accordance with the New York State Education Department Commissioner’s Regulation 155.3.
Specifications and RFP documents are available below and through the New York State Contract Reporter (New York State Contract Reporter).
Sealed proposals must be received by Dec. 10, 2025 by 2 p.m.
