Vendor information
Gates Chili Central School District requires all vendors to accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments. We are not accepting new vendors who do not offer ACH as a payment option.
Current vendors must also be set up for ACH in order to continue doing business with the district.

Requests for proposals
Gates Chili Central School District periodically issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit competitive bids for goods and services in accordance with state and district purchasing policies. All RFPs will be posted here as they become available, along with instructions for submission and deadlines.

Gates Chili Central School District (GCCSD) is seeking proposals from insurance brokerage companies to meet the District’s property, liability, and related insurance requirements and to advise the District on addressing risk management needs in the best interest of GCCSD.
The District will use a two-phase process to select an insurance broker and coverage proposals. In Phase I, proposers will be evaluated based on qualifications and experience. In Phase II, selected proposers may be asked to submit quotes for specified insurance coverage.
Proposal Submission
Sealed Proposals submitted in accordance with the RFP must be received no later than 11:00AM on Friday, May 29, 2026. They are to be submitted in hard copy format only and marked as follows:
