Ava Wiley, Teacher Aide
Ava is excited to join the Gates Chili community! She has worked with children for three years now and is excited to gain experience and knowledge from an amazing team. Ava has five cats and two dogs, and her favorite hobby is crocheting!

Laquanda likes to cook and has past experience as a lunch monitor.

Coye Duncan, Library Aide
Coye is happily married and a proud father of two. He has worked in youth development since 2008. Coye is coach of the Gate Chili High School Step Team, a professional singer, and the music department leader for his church.

Ricardo Reyes-Hernandez, Microcomputer Maintenance Technician
Ricardo is originally from Puerto Rico. He enjoys spending his time staring various screens, including TVs, computers and smartphones.

Jaelyn Turner, Building Substitute
Jaelyn is an alumnus of Gates Chili Class of 2020 and will be attending Nazareth's Master's program in the fall for speech pathology. She looks forward to working at GC and getting to know students and staff!

Charles enjoys sports, the outdoors and seeing new places. He’s excited to join the Gates Chili team!

Gordana Nastasic, Bus Driver
Gordana is a biologist by training with experience in the life sciences industry. She enjoys working with people of all generations, staying physically active, and is always open to new opportunities, like becoming a bus driver! She describes herself as adaptable, curious and excited to keep growing in her new role.

Edward Lawhorn, Bus Attendant
Edward has been living in the Town of Gates for four years now and loves everything about it! He also loves basketball, football, exercising and fishing. Edward is excited to be a part of the GC team and hopes to make a difference!

Jennifer Puffer, Payroll Clerk
Jenn is excited to take on the role of payroll clerk at Gates Chili. She brings about 15 years of experience, mostly from the retail world and is excited to continue her career outside of that industry. Outside of work, Jenn values quality time with her family, traveling and the outdoors. She is a mom of three kids who attend school in Gates Chili, so you can often find her cheering on the Spartans on the sidelines!
