Gates Chili Central School District

Christopher J. Dailey is the superintendent of schools for the Gates Chili Central School District, a role he has held since July 2019. With more than two decades of experience in public education, Dailey brings a student-centered, systems-driven leadership style focused on innovation, equity and community engagement. Before joining Gates Chili, he served as superintendent of the Batavia City School District, where he also held roles as deputy superintendent and high school principal. Earlier in his career, Dailey served as assistant principal at Churchville-Chili Senior High School and began his administrative path as a department chair and intern at Twelve Corners Middle School in Brighton. Under his leadership, Gates Chili has launched multiple districtwide initiatives focused on instructional technology, family engagement and inclusive learning environments.
