Dossier selected as next leader of GCMS Amerk Community

Gates Chili Central School District is pleased to announce Michelle Dossier as the next assistant principal at Gates Chili Middle School. Pending Board of Education approval, Mrs. Dossier will take over as leader of the Amerks community on June 20.

Mrs. Dossier has been a math teacher in Gates Chili for 17 years and was a finalist in our recent assistant principal search. During the formal search process, there were more than 20 applicants. Each candidate interviewed with two committees comprised of teachers, staff and other district administrators. Candidates also participated in a student-led interview.

The district is excited to have this longtime GC employee join the administrative team to support students and families in a new role.
