• Panthers Play At Home

    This page will help you stay active and healthy while we are out of school. Remember, exercise is just one part of staying healthy. Make sure you are eating healthy and gettingplenty of rest. Below are some resources to help stay active daily. Coach Jeffers and I also recommend that our students do our daily warm up routine each day. The magic number is 60: 60 minutes of physical activity each day.     Obstacle Course Week

    04.06.2020: Recently added files are listed below.    The three videos are Ruby On Obstacle Course, Joey On An Obstacle Course, and Make Your Own Obstacle Course.  There is a document also with explanations and diagrams on how to design your own course (indoor or outdoor) labeled UPK-5th Grade Obstacle Courses  ...Stay safe and we miss you :-)  Don't Forget to work on your "Spring into Action" activity logs (there are daily warm-up ideas and fitness activities).
