My name is Colleen Strassner and I grew up in Oswego, NY.  I moved to Rochester and I completed my undergraduate and my graduate work at SUNY Brockport.  I received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Health and a Master's Degree in Education.  I am currently certified to teach Home and Careers, Health, and Elementary Education.  I began my career at Sodus where I taught Health and FACS for five years.  I have been teaching in the Gates Chili Central School District ever since and I love it!

     I have two boys Ryan and Daniel.  They are incredible and I am so lucky to have them.  I love watching them learn new things and I am enjoying every moment with them as I know that they will grow up so fast.  They have so much energy and sometimes I have trouble keeping up.  My hobbies include spending time with my boys, traveling, reading and exercise.  I am looking forward to this school year and please feel free to contact me with any questions.
