Listed below is the criteria needed to qualify for the Sports Booster club’s summer camp scholarship. This is done so we may help send athletes to summer camps of his/her choice. The Scholarship is worth up to $150 per athlete.

1.     Open to all athletes who are in Grades 8-11 and play a sport for Gates Chili School District

2.     Must explain on the application why you are applying for the scholarship and how this camp will benefit you as an athlete.

3.     A committee of alumni parents will review applicants and pick 4 athletes 2 male and 2 female.

4.     Coaches may write a recommendation.

5.     Once scholarship is granted and you have signed up for the camp and have paid for it submit a copy of the receipt to the booster club and we will reimburse you the scholarship value you were awarded.

6.     The booster Club President will notify awarded athletes.

Applications are accepted in the month of April and Awarded at the May meeting.
