Just e-mail us what events you would like to work at... Our pledge is out to all parents of any athlete from any sport to help assist in our concession stands. Please e-mail us As most of you may or may not know funds are generated by sales from our concession stands which are used to support our athletes in many ways. We would like to open the concessions stands for as many home games as we can but this will take the support and assistance from all of our athlete’s PARENTS. We need parents to “WORK” the concession stands!!! We are pledging to you for Help!! Please send us an E-Mail if you are interested in volunteering. There is an incentive program put in place to assure the funds raised by you are directed to your sport of choice. We are all working parents and understand time is precious, but a few hours from everyone will really make a difference and make our programs more successful. This year with the new Gym we are pleased to announce that we have a great new indoor facility. This Facility is up and running. The revenue share program was designed and implemented late 2007 to help Attract parent volunteers to assist in the concession stands. The program is very simple: For each Parent that works an athletic event in one of our concession booths you will earn $10 per event. Your participation is tracked when you sign the logbook and designate which sport you would like your funds to go to. At the end of each season, your event time will be totaled up by sport and announced at a booster meeting as to how much is designated to each sport. We suggest that you work a booth for a sport you child is not in. Some volunteers have worked JV when their child is on varsity or just the opposite. Example - your child is on the tennis team - So you work 2 basketball games. That is 2 events. You earn a total of $20 for the tennis team (sport is your choice). We are also looking for a Parent volunteer from each team to take leadership for opening and closing the concession booths for your sport. We need your support to provide refreshments for all the home games. Please fill out our parent information form and turn it in to a coach or athletic office.
