I miscalculated your final payment and that payment will now be lower!!!!!!!!!
I want to remind everyone of their total costs for the trip, which includes the $30.00 deduction due to the successful bottle and can drives:

Triple Room$765.00
Quad Room$715.00
Your final costs are as follows:
Single Room$270.00
Double Room$135.00
Triple Room$140.00
Quad Room$190.00
Please remember that the final costs do not reflect that one room with more people is more expensive than another with less.If you add up all your payments, the total will definitely be the cost stated above.I am very sorry for the confusion, but I have been assured by our treasurer, Laura Bacon, that these are the correct amounts.The mistake was mine, and I am thankful that Laura caught it in time.The final payment is due on Wednesday, November 18.It is very important that your payment is on time, so we can take care of paying our Tour Company.
If your previous month’s payments were different from what was owed, your refund checks (for those people who paid in full prior to the price reduction) and/or adjusted payment slips, will be sent home later this week.
Credits earned from the fruit sale can be applied to your last Florida payment.

Note on Chorus Performance:The choir performances at the America Gardens Theatre in Epcot at Disney World is on Tuesday December 29 at 6:45 P.M. and 8:15 P.M.If you are planning on attending one of the performances, it is suggested you get to the Theatre 2 hours before the performance time.This seating is free, but it is limited.The other option is to purchase the (Candlelight) Dinner and Show package.For availability, pricing and information, you may call Disney Dining Reservations at 407-939-3463.

A note about payments....
Please turn in payments in an envelope clearly labeled with the student name on the outside.
Checks should be made payable to Gates Chili Music Boosters. The student name should be written on the memo line of check. If you will be using student credit, please indicate that on a note and place in the envelope with the student name clearly written on the outside of the envelope. The student credit list is posted at the back of the band room.
