Saturday November 7^th   

Playoff Football Game

Paetec Park (Marina Auto Stadium)

6:00 P.M.

 

Parent volunteers, please arrive no later than 4:15 p.m.

For the game, everyone should meet in the band room at 4:30 PM.  Everyone will change into their uniform and then we will board the school buses at 4:50 P.M. and leave at 5:00 P.M.  Remember to wear your band t-shirt under your uniform top and black socks.  We will sit in the stands during the 1^st half and perform pep songs.  Everyone will stay in full uniform.  After our halftime performance, we will sit in the stands during the 2^nd half and perform some pep songs.  Refreshments (fruit, water, and granola bars,) will be available from the boosters at no charge during the 2^nd half. We should return to school at approximately 9:00 P.M.  You should change out of your uniform and hang it up back in the uniform room.  Please do not put your shoes in the bottom of your garment bag.  Shoes and Socks should be taken HOME when you leave the school.  It’s YOUR responsibility to keep the band room clean.  If the weather is inclement (rain, snow, or cold), we will not perform.  If you are unsure whether or not we will be performing, you may call 247-5050 ext. 2342.
