Strive for 25

In fourth grade we Strive for 25!  Students are challenged to read at least 25 "good fit" books throughout the school year starting in September. 

When a student finishes reading a book, they simply complete a Star Summary Sheet with a parent's signature to "prove" that they have read the book.  These sheets are available in the writing center in our classroom or a copy of this sheet can be printed at home by opening the related file below. 

Students can also can visit the Book Adventure website to take a quiz.  They must pass the quiz with an 80% or higher to receive credit, print out the report, and have a parent sign the report, acknowledging that the reading has taken place.
