Tier 1 meetings

Tier 1 meetings

Tier 1 meetings are for all staff to collaborate in grade level teams, departments, content areas, or teams to proactively plan, and problem solve challenges that arise. Below are documents to guide this important time including a common agenda to be used for meetings. Agendas should be stored in a common location as indicated by building leadership.

When meeting for the first time, teams should spend time creating norms. Linked within each agenda during the first meeting is a norming protocol. This protocol (or another protocol you may like) should be used to help teams work more collaboratively and effectively.
